Seeds, Pods and Seedheads

New resolution - Make a tag on Tuesday morning  Australian Eastern Summer time, and it's ready for Tag Tuesday! Today I stitched into a piece of felt I made. I was hoping it would look like a seed pod I saw in a book, but it has turned out a little sinister, I think - more fictional than real! So here is my "triffid" seed pod.   Have you read the science fiction novel or seen the movie ?  I was terrified.
From Wikipedia .... The triffid is a tall, mobile, carnivorous prolific and highly venomous fictional plant species  —the titular antagonist in John Wyndham's  1951 novel The Day of the Triffids  and Simon Clark's 2001 sequel The Night of the Triffids ....
Have a happy tagging week! Wilma
