Letter Q

I little slack this week-- I know Queen Elizabeth is not a movie star, but she probably has been in front of more cameras than any Hollywood actor.  Besides, I couldn't come up with a good "Q" star!  I found the article and photos in an old Architectural Digest magazine.  It is showing the then Princess Elizabeth's playhouse. Pretty nifty!  What girl wouldn't love that?  Next week, I'll go back to actual movie stars-- promise!

  1. What a lovely tag Diane I think the queen so deserves a place among your film star tags and what a pretty little playhouse she had not seen that before :)

  3. You are so right, she has been filmed so many times, she fits right in. Love the playhouse photo.

  4. You could have used a film character instead - Quasimodo, aka Charles Laughton (my favourite version), Lol; but this is of course a very lovely tag Diane. What a fabulous playhouse! :0) Mo

  5. Brilliant choice, she can't enjoy all the things she has to do so a fair amount of acting interesting must go on....and who will forget the bit part with James Bond? X

  6. Q is one of the hard ones Diane. I think Barb has a valid point she did star in a huge production! Great photo of her playhouse - how the other half live!

  8. She certainly deserves an oscar! I'm sure she often has to act a part rather than show her true feelings and she certainly is one of the most photographed women in the world. Great tag! Carolyn xx
