Italy - Carnival in Venice
Venetian masks are spectacular, magnificent and over the top gorgeous. Haven't quite managed that with mine, tehehehehe, but I wanted to use Venetian carnival masks for my Italy tag anyway. The background is an image of the Bridge of Sighs. I cut out a couple of masks and decorated them with bling and a silver glitter marker, attached the ties to the masks and glued them on so that they would give a 3D effect -
It is quite strange not to be doing an alphabet letter this week, I was a little sad when the series ended, but hey, being back to word prompts is great, too! And it is really good to see so many new faces, I hope you all feel very welcome here. Your tags are certainly fabulous.
