The Roaring 20's: A Flapper's Life

Friends, Jazz, Parties...
The Roaring 20's were all about fun
well at least for some.
For my Roaring 20's tag
I decided to memorialize
the Flapper Friendship,
for these girls were always together!

I used some paper from K and Company that reminded me
of Art Deco designs from this period. I then used this lovely illustration of Flapper girls heading out to dance which I got from the cover of a Parisian magazine from the 20's. I put this quote: "So we beat, on boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past" from The Great Gatsby by F.Scott Fitzgerald. And then topped it all off with some fibers that are a dark blue with some sparkly dark green mixed in.
