Travel Tag

Hi everybody!
Been having a 'complicated' week here - it was extremely hot, and in my apartment I have had temps of over 30° for more than a week. My computer keeps having hissy fits - I don't think it likes the heat either! My internet connection was down, so I had to use my emergency USB internet stick, which is very slow, and kept getting stuck, wonderful! And if that's not enough, my printer is still not working....but worst of all, I ran out of coffee at the weekend!
For my travel tag I decided to make a 3D tag again, using a large matchbox as base. I cut a window into the cover of the matchbox, and a corresponding one into the Graphics 45 paper I chose for my tag. I lined the inside of the box with some map paper, and placed the stamped train (Scrollswork) inside using foam squares. I added a clock to my 'station', some luggage, and three smart men who are waiting outside - perhaps for their taxi? The men are from a Gecko Galz image, which I fussy cut and mounted onto foam squares.

Here's wishing you all a great week, take care, and thanks for visiting and leaving such nice comments - I do appreciate them very much!
Valerie

  7. Cool! I love the masculine imagery and the idea of using a matchbox as your base. By the way, I've been on missionary trips to Southern Mexico, so I can handle the heat, but NOT the lack of coffee. Hope your have a much better week, my friend. Blessings!
