Egypt

Egypt - so many possibilities .... I recently went to a 'handmade"market and saw some Polish paper cuts, so I  thought paper cutting would be a good and fun idea to make a tag. Here is the Egyptian  lotus symbol, often seen as a stencil as a paper cut. I am not sure if I have valid excuses for missing the last two weeks, but as they also fit the Egyptian theme, I am including them here. Mother and Child and Wings - inspired by Egyptian art and mythology.

  8. Great tags, love the cut lotus flower, recently had a pond full of pink lotus flowers and it is spot on. Your asymmetrical arrangement of map pieces is something I haven't seen before, very nice
