Beads, Buttons And Bows

When I saw this theme I had a few moments of mild panic! I love working with beads, have been known to occasionally use ribbon but buttons rarely feature in my work. The thinking cap went on and I raided my scraps box in the hope of finding some bits and pieces I could use. I don't throw too much away and as I am tight for time at the moment, I was very happy to find some things I could put together.

I've used mainly paint (DecoArt Traditions), water soluble wax crayons (children's!) and archival ink used for the main stamped image. The lovely lady comes from my favourite stamp plate called 'Soul Of The Rose' (Oxford Impressions). Here she is, I hope you like her:

The full details of the layers used are on my blog - they would take up far too much space here!
