Hearts

Hi there everyone, I hope you are all well and have had a good week whatever you have been up to, and I hope the weather has been kind to you.
Thank you for the very lovely comments on my boomerang tag last week I really appreciated them and I also appreciated the wonderful variety of 'Australia' tags that were posted. You are such a talented lot.
Now this week, we're creating hearts, and even tho' mine should have only taken about twenty minutes, it took two hours and I went through several hearts!

I used recycled card scraps for the hearts, stamped with a couple of diferent stamps, flitter flakes added and then I clear embossed on top. I'm not a quitter, and have tried this technique several times but now finally I admit defeat. To use up what I have left, I will now only use the flakes in blocks of area, using either glue or double sided tape. Then we shall part company forever. Give me embossing powder anytime, hahaha. Finally I trapped the black ribbon between a sandwich of other hearts.
I am looking forward to seeing what romantic hearts you have all created, over the next week.
Take care, stay safe & well and I will see you here again next week for creepy crawlie insects :o) *hugs* Mo x

  11. Mo I don't know what flitter Flakes are but on your recommendation perhaps I don't need to know. Your colour combination and diminishing size of hearts works a treat.
