Summer Holidays

Hi everybody!

Hope you are all well and fit!
I am happy to say that my cast has gone, and I am trying to get my thumb back in working order now, but it might take some time. Thanks for all your good wishes last week!

For this week's tag I used a scrap from a master board, made with card, tissue-paper, paint and ink-sprays 2 years ago. I mounted it onto a piece of cardboard, partly peeled and gessoed.  The image is from Gecko Galz, and has been fussy cut and mounted onto some textile leaves and a piece of open-weave material. I added some fibres and a little bird charm.

Here's wishing you all a great week. Take care, stay creative,
and thanks a lot for coming by.

  7. Your tag is so...so textured Valerie it is a wonderful nod to all the flotsam and jetsam that there is on the shore. I really like the vintage feel that it has!

  8. Hi Valerie , I think your tag is a little romantic - you can hear the waves and feel the salt air just by looking at your tag. Beautiful!
