Stencils

Bonjour!

I am sitting in my craft room looking out onto a violent thunderstorm - we haven't had any rain for ages, its been a real Indian summer this September.  Last night the temperature was 32 deg c on our terrace at 7.30 pm!

My tag's background was created with pink and lavender inks through a Tim Holtz stencil.  On top of that I used a new stencil called bay leaves but I don't see the resemblance!  However the ink bled through it and created a smudged outline.  At first I thought Oh no! but then quite liked it so I embellished with some pink pen and stickles.  I have been experimenting with making my own embellishments recently and my latest craze is sticking buttons onto paper clips so I have used one of these to attach some paper flowers as a finishing touch.

Am off to see what you've been up to!

A bientot
