Nature's Bounty

Cornucopia is good for both spring and autumn. I wondered about the origins of the horn of plenty. One of the myths goes like this:  Zeus, as a baby, was fed by a magical goat. He accidentally broke off one of her horns. Being a powerful, magnanimous god, he ensured the goat was ok; and the horn (being magical as well) ended up being an endless source of nourishment for the developing god of Olympus.
