Science

Happy New year to all .... Hopefully, this year I will be better at making tags each week. This is also my year of using up bits and pieces in my stash. Here is my Science tag.... The backing was a piece of a quilt I never ever got around to finishing and the free form stitched portrait is one of my experimental samples. It was  machine stitched and then I have added some coloured pencil. I hope  you think he looks like a mad Science professor! The  formulae were written on  used tea bag tags . Please  also excuse me also posting my snowflake tag - a layered free form stitched tag, using scraps of fabric, embellished with seed beads. All it needed were the beads which I finally got around to adding this week.

  5. I really did laugh out loud when I saw your science tag, its wonderful! The mad science professor is so spot on. Love it. And the snowflake tag is very beautiful, I adore the layered stitched techniques you have used, gives it a wonderfully ice-flowers-on-the-windowpane look.
