down the street and at the seaside

I'm really pleased to be back at Tag Tuesday again
and helping Valerie to set the themes every other month
mine are up in July and I'm just catching up with mine

I've loved seeing all of your tags ...
thank you for playing along!

these are my tags for "at the seaside"
 backgrounds are torn papers
translucent vintage photo dipped in wax
and a few beach finds to embellish

and for "down the street" I have created a row of Cornish cottages
on a mono-printed background

best wishes to you all
Carolyn Saxby

  2. Great to see you back, I hope you are feeling a lot better. Love your seaside and row of cottages tags. The translucent vintage photos are a new idea to me, what are they printed on ?

  3. Hey Carolyn, how lovely to see you here :D I love the seaside tags, the colours are so you, and so perfectly seasideish (I know, lol). The wee houses are so clever and the strip of sacking (?), is just the thing :D

  7. Welcome back, Carolyn! What super tags. Both of them make me want to head for the seaside, now this minute!! You have used some interesting techniques for your seaside tag, and your Cornish cottages look great on their background.
