Anything goes and a prize

Hi Everybody!

Thanks to all who made such lovely tags for the 'autumn' challenge. I loved visiting your blogs. We had entries from Flickr which I was not able to comment on, sorry, but they were gorgeous.

Today is my turn to host and I have chosen 'anything goes' as my theme. All tags are welcome, whatever the theme, colour or size, handcrafted, stamped, digital or hybrid. Perhaps you want to get started on Christmas tags, or Halloween, which is round the corner. Or perhaps a birthday tag? Or have a try at making a digital one? Your tags can be simple or elaborate, the choice is yours! The choice is yours. Hope to see you linking up soon.

I made 2 tags to post here, and will be posting more on my blog at regular intervals over the next 2 weeks. The first tag is a hybrid tag. The head here is one I made from home made marbled paper , and the moon is one of my photos. They have been put together in my graphics programme using some elements from Serif to complete it:

This tag was made using a leftover scrap from a master-board made some time back, which was painted, textured with tissue paper, and collaged with gold leafing and scraps of old letters and books. I didn't want to cover it up completely, so just added a dried and sparkly-glazed leaf, some small feathers and a a dried berry - I love using natural goodies when possible:

Hope to see you linking any and all of your beautiful tags. You can enter as often as you want in the next 2 weeks, and there will be a little prize for one random winner.
Have fun!

Valerie

  8. I finally found time to create a tag for your latest theme, which worked out great. Please DO NOT include me in your random draw, though.
