I think women in the 1950's were t...I love it! I think women in the 1950's were truly happy with this type of gifts, because the new technology was finally making their "traditional" job as housewives much easier. It was the seed of their liberation which allowed them to later become professionals. As a husband and father of 2 girls, I am glad women have so many more choices.
