U is for U.S.A.

On the last Monday of May, we observe Memorial Day in the United States of America.  It is a day to commemorate all the men and women who died in military service for our country.  Many people visit cemeteries, memorials, and/or fly flags half mast in their Honor.  They may also wear patriotic colors during family and friend gatherings to remember their loved ones who died while in service.  Because of their bravery, we are able to enjoy the freedom of speech, of worship, from want, and from fear.  I dedicate this week's tag to these inspirational men and women from the United States of America.  May God have them in His glory and bless the families who were left behind.  You can read about how I made it at my blog.  Blessings!

  11. Wonderful tag to celebrate the bravery of the armed forces Arnold. I hadn't really appreciated until recently what Memorial day was. It is similar to our Remembrance day where we in the UK wear poppies to show our support of our armed forces.
