All creatures great and small

Hi Everybody!

First of all, thanks to all who entered such gorgeous tags into our last
challenge, it's always great to see so many joining in.
I'm sorry to say that our dear Chrissie will be leaving our team, and would
like to thank her for all the lovely tags she made, and the friendly
comments she always made by all participants. We will all miss her a lot.
We will have a new teamie joining us next time, but you will
have to wait till the next challenge to find out more!
This time our lovely Wilma has chosen the theme, so without more ado,
here she is:

'Why "All Creatures Great and Small"?, I hear you ask.  3 October is  the birthday of James Herriott, the pen name of Alf Wight (1916-1995). As a vet, he used his experiences  to create  semi autobiographical novels which were later made into a TV series "All Creatures Great and Small". I have chosen the 'small" to feature on my tags - small creatures ( bird and fish) and small images (postage stamps). There are so many really beautiful images on postage stamps I decided to incorporate them into some torn paper collages for this theme.

The "Zebra Finch" tag has been created from scraps of eco-dyed paper, a used tea bag and a copy of  one of my photos of our neighbourhood ... and the postage stamp.

My second tag on this theme features the rasbora.... a freshwater fish. The tag background is canvas paper with a torn paper collage

Both these tags are super simple but so much fun to make. Hope you enjoy this theme as inspiration to create as stunning tags as you always do.
Best wishes, Wilma'

I hope that Wilma's introduction and lovely tags inspire you
to join us. As always, you have 2 weeks to enter, and tags of
all formats are allowed. Hope to see YOU linking!
Have fun,

Valerie
