Anything goes

Hi Everybody!

Thanks for all the lovely entries for Wendy's 'gold and silver' challenge, I enjoyed visiting your blogs to see the wonderful creations.

Now we are beginning a new challenge, and this time I am hosting. My theme is anything goes, so tags of all formats and themes are welcome, and as always you have 2 weeks to link to our blog.

I started off with an A3 sheet of heavy paper which I painted with leftover acrylics and textured with a comb. When it was dry I chopped it into 4 pieces, and sewed each piece onto a purple background, using different styles of stitching. Then I stenciled each tag using structure paste. I am showing one tag today, the others will be shown on my blog, Bastelmania, during the course of the next 2 weeks. Each finished tag measures 12" x 5":
