Greetings! I hate to admit it, but Anel is much more disciplined than I am about exercising. I join her a couple of times a week, but my busy schedule makes it hard during the school year. (Yes, I'm good at excuses - LOL!) I promised her I would make it up this coming Summer when I'm off.

ReplyDeleteI'm with you Arnold I wish I could catch the exercise habit - I start out with good intentions and then.....well then creativity calls!!! If only it burnt more calories what a fit lot we would be!!! Anel's ABC is fab and should be a book!
