Hello ladies!
My tag started out as a hexagon shaped manila tag. I covered it with white cardstock that had been dry embossed with a dotted texture. Then I added some silver glitter to some of the raised dots.
The image is from ARTchix Studio. I covered it with a piece of vellum that had tiny irridescent dots on it - this created the look of snow over the image; but it also softened the colors of it.
I then added three punched snowflakes with pearls in the centers and a bit of Martha Stewart white glitter around the edges. A soft blue ribbon tied into a bow for the top.
The tags that have been posted so far are just beautiful; in fact, awesome would be a better description! Thanks, Carolyn, for a fun challenge for the new year.
Love the unusual shape and the ribbon, perfect complement to the image and colours you've used.

Martha Stewart glitter rocks my world! I just have to give in to the fact that her label knows what it's doing. I don't know about her personally but her staff or whoever develops the product sure do! And vellum is one of those things in the world where there is no substitute. One of my favorite things to use, although I've not used it in awhile. Maybe it's time to dig it out. Love the shape of your tag. The hexagon shape is a kind of snowflake in itself. Nice tag! *smiles* Norma
