I painted some little twigs with white emulsion and also splattered it on an image of an egg. I used Sticky Fixits for attaching the eggs to give them height and I sewed the twigs and silver beads around the eggs. I then gathered and sewed netting around the eggs and added half a flower to the bottom end to complete the 'nest'. The matching tiny tag is painted with emulsion and embossed before adding twig, net and bead.
I'm really looking forward to seeing what everyone else had done - it's amazing how with one theme the tags are all so different - I'm just loving it!
(Just to note the photos make the tags look quite pink but they are definitely white!).
Gorgeous! I didn't participate last week because I just can't wrap my head around winter. It's 6:30 am here and already 77 degrees. Anywho...I'm enjoying all the tags and gonna have to think about white.
ReplyDeleteLove the use of the twigs on your tag and the depth they give to it. Two for the price of one, well done
