hearts

Although two of my favourite textile gifts from friends are hearts, the theme is out of my comfort zone for making - I don't know why ...
I found the design in an old book, 'red and white cross stitch' by Helena Turvey and thought it would make a tag for a special gift bottle of red wine sometime.
It's just cross stitch, beads, and a fluffy fibre edge - now I'm waiting for someone to have an 'occasion' so that they can have a bottle of wine! Connie.
