My Heart Tag includes 3 different fabrics layered with a bit of fabric glue, a small piece of shimmery organza sewn down with some simple cross stitches and a small piece of vintage lace. I then added a sparkley silver heart shaped bead and 3 smaller beads, a small ribbon bow and tassle, oh and i singed the edges for a bit of interest and an aged look!
