Spring Flowers



I love spring flowers, especially tulips, and knew I had just the stamp to make a tag for this week's challenge.  I stamped the tulips on patterned paper, added some Twinking H2O's for color, and stamped a  new sentiment I just got from RedLead.  I added some yellow butterflies and matching ribbon.  Enjoy!
