Green
If anyone out there is in charge
of this weather, can I just say
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH NOW.
Rant Over!
This week I put a selection of
fabrics into Procion dye,
(Olive Green) and this is what
came out! I thought I would get
a selection of greens, but as
you can see there is an
amazing selection of colours as
the fabrics are a mixture of
man made and natural.
Have a lovely weekend ladies,
and no, the garden does NOT need the rain.
Very interesting!!
ReplyDeleteGreat experiment, just what I love about dyeing fabric, you're never quite sure what you'll get!
ReplyDeleteThis is so unusual! Valerie
ReplyDeleteIt's alway's interesting to experiment. Very rustic.

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely, earthy feel to this tag.
ReplyDeleteI like your colour swatch idea,a clever interperatation of this weeks theme.
ReplyDeleteA lovely idea - that's one of the joys of playing with dyes - you just never know what you'll get at the end of it! I think it's a lovely selection of colours, and they all tone and work beautifully.
ReplyDeleteAmazing how the materials all react differently to the same colour dye. Looks fab. Hugs Mrs A.
