Hi everyone,
I found this sculpture of a girl standing in a beautiful pond at a local arboretum. When I saw her I just knew she was going to be the subject of this weeks tag!
The background of the tag is Moonshadow Mist (walnut ink with green pearl shimmer in it). The grasses were cut out of a duplicate image of the girl and added on top and underneath the image for a 3D effect.
What a fantastic collection of tags last week - and thank you to everyone who stopped and left a comment. I am now off to look at all your tags!
I adore this Diana, the sculpture is beautiful. I am jealous of the effect you achieved on the background.

ReplyDeleteGreat idea! Love the grass effect!
ReplyDeleteI love that sculpture. One word to describe your tag-stunning!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! You did an excellent job recreating the arboretum feel in your tag with your background, buttons and grass blades.
ReplyDeleteFor me the tag has a really haunting quality to it, like the ghost of a drowned woman, or the spirit of a mermaid who gave up her life for one day as a human. A very special tag.
ReplyDeleteFantastic tag! Agree with Luluiz, it has a real haunting quality. Beautiful.x
ReplyDeleteWhat a great tag Diana. The sculpture is so elegant and I love what you've done with it.

ReplyDeleteFabulous Diana - I have some of that Moonshadow Mist somewhere....I bought it ages ago before Dawn Bibby and Leonie were famous!! It looks fab as your background the perfect foil of your photo.Love how you added the grasses to give it depth.
