ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn, I just love your tag! I thought the same thing for the game challenge, and ended up not doing anything!! I am getting over that now, and working on finishing it! I actually try to not look at the blog until my tag is complete. I think we all have our own creative genius and any image we use (same or not)will interpret that for us. I don't think we ever have to apologize for that!

ReplyDeleteI like your take on the use of the image, which is quite different from Ivy's. It would be interesting to challenge us to use the same image for our tags. I can see some people doing a collage with it, others turning it into a needlepoint, others sketching it, etcetera. In addition, there are so many types of media, embellishments and styles that could influence the use of an image. Blessings!

ReplyDeleteLovely little tag, it's nice to see a different use of the same image, and I agree with Diane, it might be nice to all use the same image and use it, but then we would all have to have access to a printer, mine doesnt work atm :(.
ReplyDeleteNormally I don't look before I have created my tag either but I'm just finding it quite difficult to get into the themes atm so Im trying a different approach to get me inspired!
I am a huge fan of setting limits to crafters. I am always amazed by how many different ways of creating and interpreting their are. No need to apologise I say. Lovely image and a chance for us to see two pretty interpretations.
