Hi Everyone!
Here in Berkshire it doesn't really feel autumnal, the weather keeps changing from mid-winter to almost summer, and the leaves haven't started changing colour yet, but it is autumn so here we are:-
Here is my autumn leaves tag. I had thought about stitching fabric leaves, but when I found my tree stamp, I knew it would be perfect. I coloured in the leaves to make it autumnal. The background is a very nice piece of corrugated cardboard that was the packaging for some brushes (I knew it would come in handy!). For the sky and grass backgrounds I used an old paint colour catalogue (yes, I knew that would come in handy too!) For and extra autumn feel I used my maple leave cutter (and those leaves are also cut out from the paint chart!)
I hope you like my recycling! I have also been without a printer for the past four weeks, and enjoyed the way it made me look for images in a different way. I am looking forward to using my new printer, though!
The clock tags were great, such a variety of ideas and techniques! Thanks for your encouraging comments about my work. I like the way we can interact with each other about our tags!
Nice! Very "October" looking!
