A difficult one this week,
but I eventually managed to find a stitch which began with the letter 'J'
It's from the Canvas-work family of stitches and its called
the 'Jacquard' stitch
and with it I stitched a
Jelly
I embroidered the pattern which is done diagonally onto canvas,
then cut it out and stitched it onto the background tag
... a closer view of the stitch
which is worked using a variegated peach thread in alternating rows of long and short stitches.

This is a wonderful choice, I love the variegated thread and the choice of stitch. A very lovely informative tag Yvonne! X
