Hi Everyone!
I hope you are all fine this week. We had a sunny Bank Holiday, but when we had a barbeque it was really cold and windy, despite the sun! It reminded me of seaside holidays in Yorkshire as a child. No wonder we Brits talk about the weather all the time, it changes so frequently we can't keep up with it!
I have finished my antibiotics this week, hooray and feeling much more human!
Lovely T tags from you all.
U is for Undergarments
I have drawn a Victorian washing line with undergarments hanging out to dry. I used my favourite Victorian fashion book for ideas on underclothing. I expect the Victorians would have hidden their unmentionables and not hung them out for all the world to see!
I used a water soluble graphite pencil, black fine liner and watercolour pencils on watercolour paper.
Now I am going to look at your U tags. U was quite a tricky one to do!
Great drawing Jane. I think those Victorians were quite naughty sometimes so I bet they fluttered in the wind occasionally! X
ReplyDeleteBrilliant drawing Jane - Saying they're pretty isn't unmentionable is it? Haha :0) Mo
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful drawings--I so admire people who can draw and paint--I am no good at it, I'm afraid--love what you did with the letter U!
