Bonjour everyone!
Hey - I've just had a sneak peek at the Italy tags posted so far - FABULOUS!! Will be back later to leave comments for everyone. I'm so glad my first choice of theme seems to be popular - thanks for the nice comments. My Italy tag is a bit of a mish mash - the background is a copy of some Italian ephemera I found ages ago on the internet but I can't remember where! I then cut the silhouettes of the gondolier and the Rialto bridge in Venice. The mask in the top right is from some papers by Crafty Individuals and the Vatican postage stamp is real - from a collection of vintage stamps I picked up at a vide grenier here in France. Glad everyone is enjoying some sunshine!
A bientot

ReplyDeleteI love the depth you've achieved with the various elements. Lovely tag!
ReplyDeleteThere is something very dramatic about silhouettes - perfect choice to create the scene. Great tag!
ReplyDeleteI love the way the silhouettes stand out against the primarily soft blue hues in your background. You really got the feeling of what I imagine it would be like to ride in a Venetian gondola. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteA great tag. The background really enhances it.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is so romantic!
ReplyDeleteGreat tag and I just love your background with those stark silhouettes!
