Wedding Tag

 Happy Tuesday everyone! I still owe a travel tag--I was sick with a horrible sinus thing last week, and was completely useless! All I could do was knit and watch TV.

I'm finally starting to feel like myself, so I jumped right in on this wedding tag, because I absolutely love and adore weddings. In fact, I'm working on my own dress to wear on the beach and renew my vows next year on my 25th anniversary. In honor of that idea, I made a little dress for this tag, and ran it through my Sizzix embossing machine (the little one that looks like a purse)--I used an embossing folder that is actually meant to use with a circle, but it covered the dress just the way I wanted. I wrote the word Love before running the dress through the embosser.

I used a distressed ink pad and a couple of word stamps, stickers, lace, a Martha Stewart punch, ricrac and ribbon. Boy, that sounds like a lot for such a simple stamp, but it was fun and therapeutic. Just what the doctor ordered! Have a good week!
