You can't really tell in the picture, but the tag background is clouds. I created them by using a scallop circle punch on a cardstock scrap and using Distress ink (Tumbled Ink) just along the top of the punched shape. They look like lovely light blue fluffy clouds live and in person....trust me. ;)
