Hi! When I saw this week's theme I immediately thought of this old song from 1947. No, I wasn't around back then-- have just watched a lot of old movies. The song is called "Buttons and Bows," and I found an image of the sheet music online. Of course, I added some buttons and bows. Have a creative week out there!
Lovey tag, now I will be singing all day....Valerie

ReplyDeleteA brilliant choice for this week! I love the way you have used this vintage image. As I remember this song does that make me vintage too? x
ReplyDeleteDiane, this was my first thought, too and I even printed out some images to use. I'm glad now that I went in an entirely different direction because your take on this is so much better than what I would have done! It's perfect! (That song has been running through my head all week...)
ReplyDeleteVery clever idea - I love your tag!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great take on the theme. Gorgeous tag.
ReplyDeleteThis song was my inspiration too - but completely different interpretation I really love the image you've used - the look on Bob Hope's face is priceless. Great tag!
ReplyDeleteCool! I'm not familiar with the movie, but I am a fan of Bob Hope and Jane Russell, so will need to check it out. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteGood old Bob Hope! I used to love watching his old movies. Your tag is a darling collage of all the elements. I like how you have both paper and real buttons--it's hard to tell which is which!
