Tattered and Torn

Hello group! Coincidentally enough I recently bought a very tattered 1891 Swedish Psalm book at an estate sale. I had a picture of it (because I put it in my Etsy shop) so decided to use that. The background text is from a very old and equally tattered pocket Bible I've had forever. The signature tucked under the string is a copy of a signature inside the Psalm book, dated 1894. I roughed up the edges of the tag, inked them, tore the punched hole, taped it; kind of liberating not to have to be "careful" with the finished piece. Hope you had fun with this theme too. See you next week!
