I am afraid that I am not pleased with my effort this week, but time is slipping away and I did not want to miss out!
I played around on a tag with silver and blues in DI and DP. Then I clear embossed some stars on the background, they don't show up but give it texture. Then I used a glue pad to stamp stars over the top and glittered them with two different blue glitters and some silver glitter. The solid silver stars are die cut from metal and have a dull shine. Then I added some small baubles to some glitter yarn at the top. It is shiny and starry but doesn't show up on the photo. I love all your wonderful tags this week, I hope I manage to get round to leaving comments amid the mayhem that is my home this week! Merry Christmas everyone, have a great one! x
Beautiful tag, happy Christmas! Valerie
ReplyDeletePretty! Kind of looks like a Christmas cookie!!
ReplyDeleteI love it, and agree that it has a sugar cookie effect to it. I also like the way you attached the cool slide show of your year's tags. Have a blessed Christmas, my friend!

ReplyDeleteAlthough you might not have 'liked' this one yourself, I really like the colours you chose for it. I'd give it a pile of 'stars'.
ReplyDeleteThat background is gorgeous and I love the die cut metal stars - did you die cut them yourself? :o)
