Shelters/Homes

Happy New Year, everyone.  I am delighted to be a part of this talented group of storytellers.

I am a film lover, so a lot of my tags are inspired by them.  This week's, Rosehill Cottage, was inspired by The Holiday.

Illustration by Gill Kaye, reproduction not for profit

I purposely made my tag in the shape of a storybook.  The colors are similar to Iris' decor (one of the characters), including her blue and white checkered china, some paisleys from her throw pillows, and deep cinnamon seam binding, which I dyed myself, tied it all up with an extra punch of
"gumption."

Thank you for welcoming me as a team player.
