When I saw 'Statues' as the theme, I thought about the much loved and equally maligned garden gnome statues. Here in NSW, in the Blue Mountains there is an annual Australian Gnome Convention, with awards for a myriad of categories of garden gnomes as well as all sorts of gnomish activities and games, and on the other hand, I know that garden gnomes are banished from the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show in the UK. My tag is such a simple tag this week- a copy of a fabric print I just happened to have in my stash, on a background of a digitally manipulated photo of a tree near my house.
