For my fairy tale, I have chosen Red Riding Hood. Not happy with it, but it was the best of several attempts. I guess with two thirds of my art stuff in the new house I am struggling a bit. I inked the background through a stencil, then placed the die cut trees on top. red riding hood was printed off the internet.
I don't see anything wrong with it at all and the 3D effect is very good. :D
ReplyDeleteIt's always the heart behind the art that makes it so special. This took me back to my childhood instantly, Little Red Riding Hood was my favorite fairy tale.
ReplyDeletei love how the trees of the forest are so large and foreboding and then there is dear red riding hood off to bravely face her adventures i like it quite a lot. xo
ReplyDeleteGreat atmosphere in your Red Riding Hood tag. The dark trees give a sense of foreboding. I love the way the wolf is peeking out1

I love the image you've chosen set against the trees, it has a slightly "dark" edge to it which is just perfect for the story :o)
ReplyDeleteI love the clever way in which you layered the different shades of pine trees to create the illusion of depth. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteGreat version to put her among the trees in the woods!
ReplyDeleteI know so well what its like to have your stuff split between two different location, whatever you need/want, is bound to be in the other place :-). Despite all that, you created a lovely tag, the trees are awesome!
