A quilled decoration. Quilled from 5mm mirror and matte metallic strips. The "string" is a 1.5mm (1/16") quilling strip. Looks like something you go fishing with :-D
When I first saw this pop onto my screen I thought that it was the bottom part of a biro ..sorry to the creator .. But on reading the post I can see the quilling strips .WOW the patience needed to create this beautiful bauble .Awesome tag . hugs Shirley-Anne
thanks for your comment and question about the fibers on my celestial tag. unfortunately i must tell you that i obtained the fibers from a garage sale! so i cannot tell you more specifically where it is from. there is a label on the roll that says "muensch yarns" and "cleo" if that helps... xo
