twigs/bare branches

hello tag friends, for "twigs and bare branches" i started with some packaging paper that came in a mailing:

and i tore it to create a sort of tree...

the background is some lovely textured homemade paper (not made by me sadly) and i also added a little bird from a lunagirl birds collage sheet.

not bad for my little off the wall idea.
may the trees and birds bring you joy.
