All Hallows Eve

Today we starting a new challenge at Tag Tuesday and this time our lovely Michele is hosting and has a wonderful theme for you. First I would like to thank Pinky, who hosted our last challenge, and all the people who linked their beautiful creations to us.  As always our challenges last for 2 weeks, and tags of all formats are welcome.  Here's Michele to tell you all about her challenge:
