A new tag challenge, yay!

Thank you so much, Carolyn, this is just what I need right now. And big thanks to Anni as well, for pointing in the right direction! Just made it in time for this week's challenge of SNOW.

Our cottage in France is in the middle of nowhere, and when it snows, the snow stays pristine and sparkly and beautifully untouched all around us until it melts away. I wanted to capture that wonderful sparkle of pristine snow on my tag.

I used a piece of vellum which had sparkly flowers on it, tiny white satin rosees, white net from a piece of vintage lace, sparkly little gems and German glass glitter in white and silver to simulate snow below the flowers.

Here it is -

I hope to visit all the other participants really soon. I haven't blogged for a month or so while I was away, so have a lot of catching up to do.

  12. Oops sorry I see it was silver glitter, the shadow on the photo came across as gold. I have great difficulty in getting shiney objects to reflect their true colour.
