Snow Sports and Games

It seems like Tag Tuesday may just become and addiction ! Another one ! It was such fun last week not only taking part but viewing all of the fabulous entries I was right impressed I can tell you . Can't say my dogletts Rosy and Bailey would agree though . I had had to lock them out of my craft room due to copious amounts of glitter and glue attaching themselves to every object in the room. When they where finally permitted entry they still managed to get all blinged up even after I had done the hoovering !

This week I thought I would go in the opposite direction and be a glitter free zone thought I would leave it to the experts as you all seem to fare much better than I in that department.

This is quite a large tag and as you can see my icicles are defying nature , I did try them in more natural positions but they looked too " normal " so taking advantage of my "artistic license " I placed them at the side using foam dots to give dimension . For those of you who suffer from bloggers blindness the words are all to do with sports and ice. The whole tag was made with the use of my Silhouette , not a stamp in sight . Hope you like it

Right am off to ooh and ahh at all of your fabulous works of art

Until next week......
Marie

    1. Hi Marie, Your tag is great, love the icicles. Thanks for your comments about my snow angels, in answer to your question, Buckram is a very stiff plain weave cotton fabric, usually used as pelmet interfacing. It is the same weight as card but is great to sew on because the needle doesn't leave visible holes, also doesn't fray, so perfect for tags. Hope this helps,
      Jane xx
