Awh nice, mines called Frida after the Mexican artist Frida Khalo, because that's where she was built. She is cyber green, but only 8 years old and I lover her as much as the hubby. My first car 40 years ago was a Beetle. Love the tag.
Gigha! My first car, the love of my life, which I drove until it couldn't be driven one more inch without paying thousands and thousands of dollars to fix the many major things wrong with it, and which I gave away for free to a complete stranger in a car repair shop and who was thrilled to be able to get it to fix up for his two granddaughters (teenagers), was a yellow 73 bug. I consider it a memory and always a part of me so when I entered computer-land my 'handle' was easy to think of...fairyyellowbug! True story. Love this tag of course!!
What a lovely story Norma :-) Mu husband restores air cooled Volkswagens for a living so they are always a part of our lives. He has only ever had air cooled VWs so he know them inside out! Check out beetlebank.co.uk
