I used a beautiful vintage illustration by Warwick Goble for my tag this week. The image is truly stunning and reminds me of the water babies
I printed the image onto card which I cut to tag shape
punched a small hole to thread sea green crystal organza ribbon
with a star shaped mother of pearl bead

at the bottom of the tag I added hand made silk paper,
in a lovely sea green, with soft wispy edges
on top I decorated with something I found on the beach. I think it's a fossilised sea urchin or something similar. I'm not really sure what it is ... but I'm glad I've now found a use for it
I sewed on a pearly shell I found and some beads
another mother of pearl star shaped bead and a pearl in a clasp
the words are
"the fresh breeze and the sea spray"
loving all your tags ... they are really beautiful
