Goodness! The theme of purple certainly inspired lots of you this week. I shall sink without a trace among all this talent.
I started with purple watercolour on heavyweight paper and sprinkled it with sea salt. I adore the alchemy of it.
Word association produced 'purple heart' Thinking of the royal look of purple and gold got me to wings somehow. Dabs of gold fabric paint and a bit of gold embroidery thread. Tah-Dah!
