BAKING...IN THE SUN

I've been working on making 60 fabric invitations to my daughter's baby shower and all of a sudden realized I forgot about Tag Tuesday! So...I whipped up the recipe below - with fabric - in about 10 minutes flat. I wanted to do something a little different from all of your beautiful tags...which I did quickly scan...and will go back at another time to comment on and look much closer at. I made a tag of a flat chested nude lady baking in the sun!

WARNING...Please do not try this at home. Too much sun...and from what hubby tells me...too much sunblock is seriously BAD for your skin!!!

See what I mean?!?

  1. This is great for being 'knocked up' in 'only' 10 minutes, haha. Very clever idea and love the colours :D

    1. Really...it may have taken 15 minutes but since I had all the stuff out - working on invites - it made it easy peasy. Not my best piece of art!

    1. Thank you! The hot pink ribbon (paper) was the closest thing to me and it just worked with the colors. When I went to press the piece, it melted pretty bad in the back!

  3. This one made me laugh, what a great idea for a baking theme. Well done Annie and you must have the patience of a saint doing all those invites.

    1. Thanks Lynn! I just love doing the invites. I mean...I get to play with fabric and thread and my machine and then maybe embellish with paint and stuff. No patience required! (I'm actually making lots more than required - probably around 100 - for editing purposes)!
