here is Amy's tag for sewing:
Once again Carolyn has come up with another challenge that made me go "What to do what to do hmmm" this week's theme is: Sewing!
Here is the tag I made:
I
used Distress Ink in fired brick for the tag background and I
distressed the sides with the distress sander, the ephemera is from an
old needle book, the ribbon is from Jolee's Boutique French General
Collection, and the mini thread spools are actually from the packaging
for the ribbon from Jolee's Boutique, see where I ripped them off:
They are so cute here's a close up:
I was also excited to work with real vintage ephemera, normally my stuff is printed but when one of my dad's friends mother passed away he gave me a lot of her craft things and this vintage needle book was included I also received this one it was actually hard to pick which one to use:
See ya all,
Amy - The Crafty Book Nerd
