The only rain related stamp that I have is "Dance in the Rain", which I thought would be perfect for this weeks theme. First I stamped the sun, then inked the tag with my fav distress color, Salty Ocean, carefully leaving space around the rays. Then I splattered water on it and painted the sun with yellow dylusion ink right out of the bottle. Found the perfect little clouds, and gave them and the raindrops some stickles.
